Chloé Delarue is an artist based in Geneva. She produces installations (sculpture, video, sound) under the TAFAA acronym for Toward A Fully Automated Appearance whose she builds the arborescence.This platform explores the allegorical imagination of a between-space seizable by his Ghost and cognitive mutations of the bodies they produce; a disturbed world-image anti-post-dated. After a first MA degree in 2012 from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Art – Villa Arson in Nice (fr), she continued her studies at HEAD-Genève (ch) in the fine arts master – WorkMaster with a MA degree in 2014.
Recent and forthcoming solo exhibitions include: Poppositions with Display (Berlin) in Bruxelles (be) (2018), Urgent Paradise, Lausanne (ch) (2017), Sonnenstube, Lugano (ch) (2017), Palais de l’Athénée, Geneva (ch) (2016), Zqm, Berlin (de) (2016), in Nevers as part of the Parc Saint Léger program – Hors les murs (fr) (2016), and the MJ Gallery in Geneva (ch) (2015).
Several group exhibitions include MAC Créteil (fr) (2018), HeK – Haus der Electronischen Künste Basel (ch) (2018), Post Territory Ujeongguk, Seoul (kr) (2017), CAN Neuch√¢tel (ch) (2017), Istituto Svizzero Roma (it) (2016), Le Commun, Geneva (ch) (2016), Rotwand Gallery, Zurich (ch) (2016), Fri Art, Fribourg (ch) (2016), Trudelhaus, Baden (ch) (2015) and Kunsthaus Pasquart, Bienne (ch) (2015).
Chloé Delarue is the recipient of the Hirzel Prize of the Arts Society (2016), the Kiefer Hablitzel Prize (2016) and the Lissignol-Chevalier et Galland grant (2015).
